Our blend features Brazilian beans (900-1,400 MASL) processed with pulped natural methods for enhanced chocolate richness, Mexican beans (1,300-1,750 MASL) fully washed for balance, and Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000 MASL) washed for added complexity. These methods create a bold, full-bodied dark roast with intense flavors.

This blend combines Guatemalan Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra for sweetness and complexity, with Mexican Bourbon and Typica for clean structure, alongside Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for a rich body and robust chocolate foundation. Together, these varietals develop the bold, roasted flavors expected from a premium dark roast.
