Tasting Profile: Medium Roast Coffee Blend
Introducing our signature medium roast blend, characterized by rich toffee sweetness, dark chocolate depth, and bright citrus notes. This fan-favorite four-country blend delivers an energizing and delightful cup that expertly balances sweetness, richness, and brightness in every sip.
Origin & Region: Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia
Our signature blend is crafted from beans sourced from four distinct coffee regions: Brazilian beans from the established farms in Cerrado, Colombian beans from smallholder cooperatives in the Huila and Cauca regions, Guatemalan beans from the volcanic highlands of Antigua and Huehuetenango, and Ethiopian beans from the traditional farming communities in Guji.
Altitude & Processing: 900-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)
This multi-origin blend features beans from a range of altitudes and processing methods. Brazilian beans (900-1,400 MASL) are processed using pulped natural methods to enhance their body and sweetness. Colombian beans (1,200-1,800 MASL) undergo full washing for clean brightness, while Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000 MASL) are washed for balanced complexity. Ethiopian beans (1,850-2,100 MASL) are also washed, contributing floral clarity. The combination of these varied processing methods creates a harmonious cup with layers of chocolate, fruit, and brightness.
Blend Composition: Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals, Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, Typica, Bourbon, Catuaí, Mundo Novo
Our signature four-country blend showcases Ethiopian heirloom varietals for exceptional complexity and floral notes, complemented by Colombian Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo for clean brightness and balance. Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica provide sweetness and structure, while Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo contribute a rich body and chocolate foundation. Together, these diverse varietals highlight the remarkable qualities of the world's finest growing regions.
